Gift and Tribute Terms

A legal disclaimer

Gift and Tribute Terms

Effective date: August 1, 2026
Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Gift and Tribute Terms govern all voluntary gifts, wishlist purchases, monetary tributes, tips, offerings, and similar transfers made to or for the benefit of MAROVELLE SLOAN, doing business as Marovelle Sloan and Confessions of a Findom Goddess (“Marovelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These terms apply to gifts or tributes offered through:

  • www.marovellesloan.com

  • Approved wishlist platforms

  • Approved payment providers

  • Approved gift registries

  • External retail platforms

  • Direct tribute links

  • Other methods expressly identified by Marovelle

These terms supplement our:

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • 18+ Disclaimer

  • Membership Terms

  • Refund and Digital Product Policy

  • Any rules imposed by the platform used

By sending a gift or tribute, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Do not send a gift or tribute if you do not agree.

1. Adults Only

Gifts and tributes may be offered only by adults who:

  1. Are at least eighteen years old;

  2. Have reached the legal age of majority in their location;

  3. Are legally permitted to participate;

  4. Control or are authorized to use the selected funds or payment method; and

  5. Are acting voluntarily.

Minors may not send gifts or tributes, use an adult’s account, or access the adults-only features of the website.

We may reject, return, report, or restrict a transaction if we reasonably believe it was initiated by a minor or through false age information.

2. Gifts and Tributes Are Voluntary

Every gift and tribute must be freely and voluntarily offered.

You must not send anything because of:

  • Threats

  • Blackmail

  • Extortion

  • Fraud

  • Deception

  • Coercion

  • Undue pressure

  • Fear of punishment

  • Impairment

  • An inability to make an informed decision

  • A belief that payment is legally required when it is not

The themes of financial domination, authority, obedience, surrender, and devotion may appear within Marovelle’s fictionalized entertainment and brand language.

Those themes do not remove the requirement for real-world consent, personal choice, financial responsibility, and lawful conduct.

You may decide not to give at any time.

3. Gifts Are Not Required

You are not required to send a gift or tribute in order to:

  • Visit public website pages

  • Listen to publicly available podcast episodes

  • Read publicly available content

  • Subscribe to free correspondence

  • Submit an eligible confession

  • View public social-media content

  • Participate in any feature expressly described as free

Paid products and memberships may require payment, but a voluntary gift or tribute is separate from the purchase price of a defined product or membership unless clearly stated otherwise.

4. No Exchange for Services

Unless a separate written offer expressly identifies a specific paid product or service, a gift or tribute is not payment for:

  • Personal communication

  • Private messages

  • Individual attention

  • Acknowledgment

  • Custom audio

  • Custom writing

  • A private session

  • A telephone or video call

  • A meeting

  • Social-media interaction

  • Financial-domination services

  • Sexual services

  • Counseling

  • Advice

  • Membership access

  • Digital products

  • Priority treatment

  • Any other deliverable

Do not send a gift or tribute with the expectation that Marovelle must provide something in return.

A specific product, membership, or service must be purchased through its separate written offer and checkout terms.

5. No Guaranteed Attention or Acknowledgment

Sending a gift or tribute does not guarantee:

  • A thank-you message

  • Public recognition

  • Private acknowledgment

  • A personal reply

  • A social-media mention

  • Acceptance of a follow request

  • A direct message

  • Continued communication

  • Preferential access

  • Inclusion in content

  • A relationship with Marovelle

  • Access to Marovelle’s identity or private life

Marovelle may acknowledge, privately appreciate, publicly mention, decline, return, or remain silent regarding a gift or tribute at her discretion, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

The absence of acknowledgment does not convert a voluntary gift into a purchase or debt.

6. No Personal or Fiduciary Relationship

A gift or tribute does not create:

  • A personal relationship

  • A romantic relationship

  • A sexual relationship

  • A dominant-submissive contract

  • A fiduciary relationship

  • A therapeutic relationship

  • An agency relationship

  • An employment relationship

  • A partnership

  • A joint venture

  • An obligation to continue interacting

Marovelle does not become responsible for managing your money, financial wellbeing, emotional health, personal decisions, or relationships because you chose to give.

7. Financial Responsibility

Only send what is comfortably affordable after meeting your essential obligations.

Do not use money needed for:

  • Housing

  • Food

  • Utilities

  • Healthcare

  • Medication

  • Insurance

  • Taxes

  • Childcare

  • Education

  • Transportation

  • Debt payments

  • Court-ordered obligations

  • Support payments

  • Emergency savings

  • Other necessities

Do not:

  • Borrow money to give

  • Take out a loan to give

  • Use a cash advance

  • Increase personal debt to give

  • Use rent or bill money

  • Use business funds without authority

  • Misuse a joint account

  • Hide transactions from a person who has a lawful interest in the funds

  • Use another person’s payment method without permission

  • Give while intoxicated, impaired, distressed, or unable to make a voluntary decision

If giving would create hardship, do not participate.

8. Personal Spending Limits

You are responsible for setting and maintaining your own spending limits.

Marovelle does not monitor your:

  • Income

  • Expenses

  • Debt

  • Savings

  • Household obligations

  • Payment history

  • Financial capacity

  • Mental or emotional state

A website prompt, branded phrase, fictional instruction, suggested wishlist item, or tribute amount is not a professional assessment of what you can afford.

You remain responsible for deciding whether any amount is appropriate.

9. Authorized Funds and Payment Methods

By sending a gift or tribute, you represent that:

  • You are the authorized holder or user of the payment method;

  • The information provided is accurate;

  • The funds were obtained lawfully;

  • The transaction does not violate another person’s rights;

  • You have not used a stolen card, account, identity, or device;

  • You have any permission required to use joint or business funds; and

  • You are not attempting to conceal fraud or money laundering.

Transactions suspected of being unauthorized, fraudulent, stolen, or unlawful may be declined, frozen, refunded, reported, or disclosed to the payment provider or appropriate authority.

10. Wishlist Gifts

Marovelle may provide links to third-party wishlists or registries containing selected items.

Wishlist items may include:

  • Jewelry

  • Clothing

  • Accessories

  • Books

  • Home or office items

  • Beauty or self-care products

  • Technology

  • Travel-related items

  • Gift cards where permitted

  • Other selected luxuries

The wishlist platform or retailer may control:

  • Product availability

  • Prices

  • Taxes

  • Shipping

  • Delivery

  • Substitutions

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Order cancellations

  • Buyer information

  • Recipient information

  • Privacy protections

We do not guarantee the continued availability, price, condition, delivery date, or quality of an externally supplied item.

Questions concerning an external order should generally be directed to the retailer or platform that processed it.

11. Cash Gifts, Tips, and Monetary Tributes

Where permitted, monetary tributes may be accepted through approved external payment providers.

A monetary tribute:

  • Is voluntary;

  • Is not a deposit;

  • Is not an investment;

  • Does not earn interest;

  • Does not purchase equity or ownership;

  • Does not create a loan;

  • Does not create a repayment obligation;

  • Does not guarantee content or services;

  • Does not create entitlement to future access.

Do not label or structure a tribute in a misleading manner intended to evade a provider’s rules, taxes, reporting obligations, or legal requirements.

12. External Platform Rules

Every external wishlist, retailer, payment service, or gift platform maintains its own terms, privacy practices, prohibited-activity rules, and refund procedures.

By using an external platform, you also agree to its rules.

If these Gift and Tribute Terms conflict with a mandatory rule of the platform processing the transaction, the platform’s rule may control that transaction.

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Account suspensions

  • Payment holds

  • Failed transactions

  • Shipping errors

  • Delivery delays

  • Platform fees

  • Currency conversion

  • Provider decisions

  • Data collected directly by the provider

  • Changes to the provider’s policies

13. Acceptance or Rejection

Marovelle may accept or decline a gift or tribute, subject to applicable law and platform limitations.

A gift may be declined or returned when:

  • It violates these terms;

  • It creates a safety or privacy concern;

  • It contains prohibited or illegal material;

  • It appears fraudulent;

  • It was sent by a minor;

  • It requires an unwanted obligation;

  • It is excessively personal;

  • It attempts to identify or locate Marovelle;

  • It includes tracking, surveillance, or recording equipment;

  • It was sent outside an approved channel;

  • Acceptance would violate a provider’s rules;

  • The item cannot safely or lawfully be received.

Declining one gift does not require Marovelle to decline other gifts.

14. Prohibited Gifts and Conduct

Do not send or attempt to send:

  • Illegal goods

  • Stolen property

  • Counterfeit products

  • Weapons or weapon components

  • Explosives

  • Hazardous materials

  • Controlled substances

  • Prescription medication

  • Alcohol or nicotine products where prohibited

  • Bodily fluids

  • Biological material

  • Live animals

  • Surveillance devices

  • Hidden cameras or microphones

  • Tracking devices

  • Malware or compromised electronics

  • Sexually explicit material involving another person without consent

  • Material involving or exploiting a minor

  • Items containing your home key or access credentials

  • Items designed to reveal Marovelle’s location

  • Unrequested food or perishable items

  • Anything intended to threaten, harass, intimidate, or cause harm

Do not use a gift, note, transaction description, or delivery to transmit threats, demands, harassment, explicit images, identifying information, or unwanted personal content.

15. Privacy and Shipping Information

Use only Marovelle’s approved wishlist, fulfillment, or business-delivery methods.

Do not attempt to:

  • Discover a private address;

  • Contact a delivery driver to obtain recipient information;

  • Trace a package to a private location;

  • Request address disclosure from a retailer;

  • Send items to a suspected home address;

  • Use tracking technology;

  • Circumvent a wishlist platform’s privacy protections;

  • Publish shipping, billing, or identifying information.

Any attempt to discover or expose Marovelle’s private identity or location may result in blocking, termination of access, reporting to the relevant provider, or other lawful action.

16. Gift Messages

Some platforms may allow a buyer to include a name, alias, or message.

Messages must not contain:

  • Threats

  • Harassment

  • Demands

  • Hate speech

  • Blackmail

  • Personal identifying information

  • Passwords or account credentials

  • Explicit images

  • Illegal content

  • Material involving minors

  • Claims that a gift creates ownership or entitlement

  • Instructions requiring Marovelle to contact the giver

We may discard, delete, report, or refuse to engage with inappropriate messages.

17. Refunds and Finality

Voluntary monetary tributes are generally final once successfully processed, except when:

  • Applicable law requires a refund;

  • The platform requires a refund;

  • A duplicate transaction is verified;

  • An incorrect amount was processed because of a technical error;

  • A transaction is verified as unauthorized;

  • We agree to issue a discretionary refund; or

  • The transfer was connected to fraud or another correctable error.

Physical wishlist purchases are subject primarily to the external retailer’s or platform’s refund and return rules.

A change of mind, lack of acknowledgment, disappointment, or expectation of personal attention does not ordinarily create a refund right.

Nothing in these terms limits rights concerning genuinely unauthorized transactions, billing errors, undelivered purchased merchandise, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Refund Requests

Questions about a transaction processed directly for Marovelle may be sent to:

[BILLING SUPPORT EMAIL]

Use the subject line:

Gift or Tribute Transaction Question

Include:

  • The name or alias used;

  • The email connected to the transaction;

  • The transaction date;

  • The amount;

  • The platform used;

  • The transaction or order number;

  • A clear description of the issue.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, banking credentials, or government identification through ordinary email.

When an external platform processed the transaction, you may need to submit the request directly through that platform.

19. Unauthorized Transactions

A person who believes a payment method was used without authorization should promptly contact:

  • The bank or card issuer;

  • The payment provider;

  • The platform that processed the transaction; and

  • [BILLING SUPPORT EMAIL], where appropriate.

We may investigate account, transaction, device, delivery, and communication records and may provide relevant information to a processor reviewing an unauthorized-transaction claim.

We will not knowingly penalize a person for making a good-faith report of a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charge.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You retain the right to report a genuinely unauthorized, incorrect, or unlawful transaction to your financial institution.

Before disputing a recognizable voluntary transaction, contact [BILLING SUPPORT EMAIL] so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

When a dispute is filed, we may submit relevant evidence to the payment provider, including:

  • Transaction confirmations;

  • Checkout disclosures;

  • These terms;

  • Account information;

  • Device or access records;

  • Messages accompanying the gift;

  • Refund communications;

  • Platform records;

  • Evidence of authorization.

Knowingly misrepresenting an authorized transaction as fraudulent may result in:

  • Blocking or account termination;

  • Refusal of future transactions;

  • Revocation of related access;

  • Submission of evidence to the provider;

  • Other lawful remedies.

This section does not limit legitimate consumer rights.

21. No Chargeback Waiver

Any brand language referring to “no chargebacks” means that knowingly false, abusive, or fraudulent payment disputes are prohibited.

It does not eliminate a cardholder’s right to report:

  • Unauthorized transactions;

  • Billing errors;

  • Incorrect amounts;

  • Duplicate charges;

  • Transactions they did not make or approve;

  • Other legally protected payment problems.

Nothing in these terms requires a person to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

22. Gifts Connected to Products or Memberships

A transaction is treated as a purchase rather than a voluntary gift when it is made in exchange for a clearly identified:

  • Digital product;

  • Physical product;

  • Membership;

  • Subscription;

  • Ticket;

  • Access plan;

  • Service;

  • Other promised deliverable.

Those transactions are governed by the applicable product description, checkout terms, Membership Terms, and Refund and Digital Product Policy.

Calling a transaction a “tribute” does not remove consumer obligations when a defined product or service was promised in exchange.

23. No Tax Advice

Marovelle does not provide tax advice to gift or tribute senders.

The tax treatment of a transfer may depend on:

  • Its amount;

  • Its purpose;

  • The relationship between the parties;

  • The location of the parties;

  • Whether anything was provided in return;

  • Applicable reporting rules;

  • Other facts and circumstances.

You are responsible for obtaining independent tax advice when needed.

We may maintain and report transaction records as required by law, financial institutions, or payment providers.

24. Communications About Gifts

We may send transactional or administrative communications concerning:

  • Payment confirmation;

  • Delivery issues;

  • Refunds;

  • Fraud concerns;

  • Platform problems;

  • Policy violations;

  • Safety concerns;

  • Account restrictions.

A transactional communication does not create a continuing right to contact Marovelle.

Repeated, abusive, threatening, or unwanted messages may result in blocking or reporting.

25. Public Recognition

Marovelle may occasionally choose to acknowledge gifts or supporters publicly.

Unless you expressly agree otherwise, we may use:

  • A chosen alias;

  • A first name;

  • A generalized description;

  • No name at all.

We will not intentionally publish your full legal name, payment details, address, or private contact information without permission, except when legally required.

You may request that no public acknowledgment be made, but we cannot guarantee removal from third-party content already shared or cached.

26. Intellectual Property

Sending a gift does not grant you rights in:

  • Marovelle’s name;

  • Branding;

  • Website;

  • Podcast;

  • Voice;

  • Image;

  • Books;

  • Audio;

  • Artwork;

  • Private content;

  • The Archive;

  • Social-media content;

  • Other intellectual property.

You may not use a gift or tribute as the basis for suggesting an official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, ownership interest, or personal affiliation.

27. Harassment and Entitlement

A gift or tribute does not excuse conduct such as:

  • Demanding a response;

  • Repeatedly contacting Marovelle;

  • Threatening to reverse payment for attention;

  • Attempting to control Marovelle’s conduct;

  • Stalking;

  • Doxxing;

  • Impersonation;

  • Publishing private messages;

  • Contacting family members;

  • Sending unwanted explicit content;

  • Appearing at a private location;

  • Attempting to identify Marovelle.

Access may be blocked or terminated even when the person has previously sent gifts or tributes.

No refund is automatically owed when access is restricted because of misconduct, except where required by law or external platform rules.

28. Fraud Prevention and Recordkeeping

We and our service providers may retain transaction-related records for purposes such as:

  • Fraud prevention;

  • Payment processing;

  • Accounting;

  • Tax compliance;

  • Dispute resolution;

  • Security;

  • Enforcement of these terms;

  • Legal compliance.

Information may be shared with payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, platforms, or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Additional information appears in the Privacy Policy.

29. Service Provider Decisions

External providers may independently:

  • Approve or decline transactions;

  • Place funds on hold;

  • Request identity verification;

  • Restrict an account;

  • Reverse a payment;

  • Cancel an order;

  • Investigate fraud;

  • Disclose information as required by law.

We do not control those decisions and cannot guarantee that a particular platform will accept or complete a gift.

30. Changes to Gift Options

We may add, remove, suspend, or replace:

  • Wishlist links;

  • Gift collections;

  • Payment methods;

  • Tribute platforms;

  • Suggested amounts;

  • Available items;

  • Delivery arrangements.

The continued availability of a particular gift or tribute method is not guaranteed.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], Marovelle Sloan, and their owners, contractors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • An external platform’s conduct;

  • Delivery delays;

  • Lost or damaged gifts;

  • An unavailable wishlist item;

  • A declined payment;

  • A provider’s account restriction;

  • Currency conversion;

  • A lack of acknowledgment;

  • A giver’s financial decisions;

  • Unauthorized third-party conduct;

  • A violation of these terms by another person.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], Marovelle Sloan, and their owners, contractors, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms;

  • Your unauthorized use of another person’s funds;

  • Your unlawful conduct;

  • Your submission of prohibited material;

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights;

  • Fraud or misrepresentation;

  • Your attempt to expose private identifying information.

This section does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot legally be indemnified.

33. Relationship to Other Policies

These Gift and Tribute Terms form part of the website’s Terms and Conditions.

Gift and tribute activity is also governed by:

  • The Privacy Policy;

  • The 18+ Disclaimer;

  • The Refund and Digital Product Policy, where applicable;

  • The Membership Terms, where applicable;

  • External platform rules;

  • Product-specific terms;

  • Checkout disclosures.

When a specific platform rule or transaction disclosure directly conflicts with these general terms, the more specific applicable rule controls to the extent permitted by law.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Gift and Tribute Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Gift platforms;

  • Payment methods;

  • Privacy practices;

  • Safety procedures;

  • Business operations;

  • Legal requirements;

  • Provider rules.

The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date.

The version in effect when a transaction was made will generally govern that transaction, unless a later change is legally required or more favorable to the giver.

35. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to consumer rights and jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to gifts or tributes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.
