Membership Terms
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Membership Terms govern all free, paid, recurring, limited-access, and promotional memberships offered through www.marovellesloan.com including membership in The Archive.
The membership program is operated by Marovelle Sloan, doing business as Marovelle Sloan and Confessions of a Findom Goddess (“Marovelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Membership Terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Digital Product Policy, and other applicable policies.
By purchasing, activating, accepting, or using a membership, you agree to these Membership Terms.
Do not purchase or use a membership if you do not agree to them.
1. Adults-Only Membership
All memberships are intended exclusively for adults who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their location.
Membership content may include mature themes involving:
-
Financial domination
-
Power exchange
-
Psychological submission
-
Adult desire and fantasy
-
Consensual adult relationships
-
Erotic or sensual storytelling
-
Anonymous confessions
-
Audio experiences
-
Fictional and dramatized material
-
Voluntary gifts and tributes
By purchasing or using a membership, you represent that:
-
You are at least eighteen years old.
-
You are legally permitted to access mature content in your location.
-
You are joining voluntarily.
-
You will not allow a minor to access the membership through your account or device.
-
You understand the nature of the content before purchasing.
We may request reasonable age verification where permitted by law and may terminate access if we believe a member is under eighteen or has misrepresented their age.
2. The Archive
The Archive is a private digital collection that may include selected written, audio, visual, or downloadable content created or curated by Marovelle.
Depending on the membership plan purchased, content may include:
-
Private audio experiences
-
Members-only stories
-
Extended or adapted confessions
-
Psychological observations
-
Serialized fiction
-
Podcast bonus material
-
Early releases
-
Limited-time content
-
Private editions
-
Behind-the-scenes creative notes
-
Invitations or announcements
-
Selected discounts or purchase opportunities
-
Other material described on the applicable membership page
The exact content and benefits included in each plan will be displayed before purchase.
Membership provides access only to the benefits expressly included in the selected plan.
3. Membership Is Access, Not Ownership
A membership provides a limited right to access specified private content while the membership remains active and in good standing.
Membership does not transfer ownership of:
-
The Archive
-
Website material
-
Audio recordings
-
Books or stories
-
Podcast episodes
-
Artwork or photography
-
Downloads
-
Private correspondence
-
Brand assets
-
Intellectual property
-
Member benefits
-
Marovelle’s identity, image, voice, time, or private life
Unless a product description expressly grants permanent download rights, membership content may only remain accessible while your membership is active.
The expiration, cancellation, suspension, or termination of a membership may result in loss of access to private content.
4. No Guaranteed Personal Access
Membership does not create a right to:
-
Personal communication with Marovelle
-
Private messages or replies
-
Individual attention
-
Custom stories or audio
-
One-to-one sessions
-
Financial-domination services
-
Personal acknowledgment
-
Social-media interaction
-
Priority responses
-
Access to Marovelle’s legal identity
-
Access to Marovelle’s family, location, or private life
-
A personal, romantic, therapeutic, professional, or fiduciary relationship
Any offering that includes a specific interaction or deliverable will be described separately in writing.
Silence, delayed communication, or lack of acknowledgment does not mean the membership has not been delivered when the included digital access remains available.
5. Membership Plans
We may offer different membership formats, including:
-
Monthly recurring memberships
-
Annual recurring memberships
-
Fixed-term memberships
-
One-time access plans
-
Founding memberships
-
Promotional memberships
-
Complimentary access
-
Limited-capacity plans
-
Waitlist or invitation-only plans
Each offer should clearly identify:
-
The membership name
-
The price
-
The billing frequency
-
The length of the billing period
-
Whether it renews automatically
-
The benefits included
-
Any access limitations
-
Any introductory or promotional period
-
Any cancellation instructions
-
When access begins
-
Whether taxes or fees apply
Benefits may differ between membership plans.
A benefit included in one plan is not automatically included in another.
6. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal
Some memberships renew automatically.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency disclosed during enrollment until the membership is canceled.
For example:
-
A monthly membership may renew each month.
-
An annual membership may renew each year.
-
A promotional rate may convert to the regular disclosed rate when the promotional period ends.
The renewal date may be affected by payment-processing schedules, weekends, holidays, time zones, or the date on which the original membership began.
You are responsible for reviewing the renewal terms before completing your purchase.
7. Express Authorization
Before charging you for a recurring membership, we will present the material membership terms through the offer page, checkout process, or related disclosures.
By completing the purchase, you affirmatively authorize:
-
The initial charge
-
Recurring charges at the disclosed frequency
-
The payment processor’s use of your saved payment method
-
Continued billing until cancellation
-
Delivery of digital membership access
You should retain a copy of your purchase confirmation and renewal information.
8. Prices and Changes to Membership Fees
Membership prices may change.
A price change will not ordinarily alter a charge that has already been processed.
For an existing recurring membership, we will provide notice of a material price increase when required by law or when reasonably practical. The notice may explain:
-
The new price
-
The date it takes effect
-
Whether additional consent is required
-
How to cancel before the new price applies
Continued membership after a properly disclosed price change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
We may also introduce new plans, retire existing plans, or change the pricing available to future members.
Founding, promotional, or legacy pricing is not guaranteed permanently unless expressly stated in writing.
9. Taxes and Processing Fees
You are responsible for applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, and other amounts disclosed at checkout or imposed by your financial institution.
We may collect and remit taxes where required by law.
Payment processors may apply their own terms and procedures to recurring payments, failed payments, refunds, disputes, or currency conversions.
10. Payment Information
You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.
You represent that:
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
-
The funds used are lawfully available to you.
-
You are not using another person’s payment method without permission.
-
You are purchasing voluntarily.
-
You understand the recurring-payment terms where applicable.
Complete card or bank details may be collected and stored by a third-party payment processor rather than directly by Marovelle.
Payment information is handled according to the processor’s own terms and privacy practices.
11. Failed or Declined Payments
If a membership payment fails, is declined, expires, or is reversed, we or the payment provider may:
-
Retry the payment
-
Request updated billing information
-
Apply a payment grace period
-
Temporarily suspend membership access
-
Reduce access
-
Cancel the membership
-
Terminate the account
-
Recover an undisputed outstanding amount where legally permitted
Access during a grace period is not guaranteed.
If payment is later completed, access may be restored, but previously removed or limited-time material may no longer be available.
12. How to Cancel
You may cancel a recurring membership through the cancellation method displayed on the website or in your member account.
When available through Wix, cancellation may be completed by:
-
Logging in to your account.
-
Opening the member profile menu.
-
Selecting My Subscriptions.
-
Selecting the applicable plan.
-
Choosing Cancel Subscription.
-
Confirming the cancellation.
You may also contact info@marovellesloan.com when account cancellation is unavailable or a technical issue prevents use of the cancellation feature.
Include:
-
The email address connected to the membership
-
The membership plan
-
The date of the request
-
A brief description of any technical issue
Do not include full payment-card details in an email.
13. Effect of Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated during purchase:
-
Cancellation stops the membership from renewing for another billing period.
-
Cancellation does not necessarily end access immediately.
-
Access may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
-
No additional recurring charge should be initiated after the effective cancellation date.
-
Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.
-
Cancellation does not reverse a charge already processed.
-
Cancellation does not restore expired promotional pricing.
The confirmation presented during cancellation should indicate when access ends.
If you request immediate termination rather than end-of-period cancellation, access may end immediately and the unused portion may remain nonrefundable except where required by law.
14. Canceling Through a Bank or Payment Provider
Stopping a payment through a bank or payment provider does not necessarily cancel the membership agreement itself.
To avoid future charges and account confusion, you should cancel the membership through the website or contact us directly in addition to contacting your financial institution.
You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation became effective.
This provision does not limit your right to dispute genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charges.
15. Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly promised in the applicable offer, membership charges are generally nonrefundable once:
-
Membership access has been activated
-
Private content has been viewed
-
Audio or video has been streamed
-
A download has been accessed
-
A billing period has begun
-
A members-only benefit has been used
We generally do not provide refunds for:
-
Failure to use the membership
-
Failure to cancel before renewal
-
Changes in personal preference
-
Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective expectations
-
Failure to read the plan description
-
Loss of access caused by prohibited conduct
-
Removal for violating these Membership Terms
-
Content a member has already accessed
-
Temporary interruptions outside our reasonable control
We may consider a refund or credit when:
-
The same membership charge was processed more than once
-
An unauthorized charge is verified
-
A material technical failure prevented access and could not reasonably be corrected
-
The wrong plan was charged due to our error
-
Applicable law requires a refund
-
We choose to issue one as a discretionary courtesy
Any refund is subject to the separate Refund and Digital Product Policy.
A discretionary refund does not create an obligation to provide similar refunds in the future.
16. Trials, Promotional Periods, and Discounted Memberships
We may occasionally offer:
-
Free trials
-
Reduced-price introductory periods
-
Discount codes
-
Founding-member rates
-
Complimentary access
-
Limited promotional memberships
The offer will describe:
-
The length of the promotional period
-
The amount charged during the promotion
-
Whether payment information is required
-
The regular price after the promotion
-
Whether automatic renewal applies
-
How and when to cancel
Unless canceled before the disclosed conversion date, a trial or introductory membership may convert to a paid recurring membership.
A person may not create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim a first-time promotion.
We may revoke promotional access obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, technical manipulation, or other abuse.
17. Founding Memberships
A founding membership may provide specified benefits such as:
-
An introductory price
-
Early Archive access
-
A founding-member designation
-
Advance invitations
-
Selected bonus content
-
Other benefits described at enrollment
“Founding” status does not necessarily guarantee:
-
Lifetime access
-
Lifetime pricing
-
A fixed content schedule
-
Personal communication
-
Permanent availability of every benefit
-
Transferability
-
Immunity from suspension or termination
Any lifetime or permanently fixed benefit must be expressly stated in writing to apply.
18. Content Schedule
The Archive is intended to be curated rather than filled according to a rigid production quota.
Unless a specific offer states otherwise:
-
There is no guaranteed number of releases per week or month.
-
Content may be released according to Marovelle’s creative schedule.
-
Some periods may contain more material than others.
-
Release dates may change.
-
Series may be paused, altered, or discontinued.
-
Material may be replaced, revised, archived, or removed.
Membership purchases access to the overall experience and available plan benefits, not a guaranteed volume of new content unless expressly stated.
19. Content Availability
Archive content may be:
-
Permanent
-
Temporary
-
Seasonal
-
Serialized
-
Released in stages
-
Available only to a particular plan
-
Available only during a specified period
-
Removed after an announced date
-
Withdrawn for legal, privacy, editorial, or security reasons
We do not guarantee that every item will remain available throughout a member’s entire subscription.
Where practical, limited-time availability may be identified in advance, but immediate removal may occur when necessary to protect privacy, comply with law, address infringement, correct an error, or prevent harm.
20. Changes to Membership Benefits
We may modify membership benefits to reflect:
-
Creative development
-
Platform limitations
-
Payment-provider requirements
-
Legal obligations
-
Privacy concerns
-
Security issues
-
Member feedback
-
Business changes
-
Content availability
Material reductions to a currently paid plan may be communicated in advance when reasonably practical.
Changes may apply immediately when required to protect privacy, safety, legal rights, intellectual property, or website security.
21. Personal, Noncommercial License
Active members receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access included content for private, personal, noncommercial use.
You may not:
-
Copy private content
-
Screen-record or audio-record it
-
Download material unless a download is expressly provided
-
Share login credentials
-
Share private links
-
Repost members-only material
-
Upload content to another platform
-
Sell, license, rent, or distribute it
-
Publicly perform or broadcast it
-
Transcribe and publish private audio
-
Remove watermarks or copyright notices
-
Use it for artificial-intelligence training
-
Create unauthorized derivative works
-
Use it to imitate or impersonate Marovelle
-
Use it for commercial or promotional purposes
Providing a download button does not grant permission to redistribute the downloaded material.
22. Confidentiality and Private Material
Archive content is private, but membership does not create a formal confidential or fiduciary relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Members are expected to treat private material with discretion.
You may not expose, distribute, or exploit:
-
Members-only releases
-
Private announcements
-
Limited-access links
-
Unreleased product information
-
Private correspondence not intended for publication
-
Content marked confidential or private
-
Information that could reveal Marovelle’s identity or private life
We may use technical, legal, and account-enforcement measures to investigate unauthorized distribution.
23. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your membership account.
You agree to:
-
Use a strong password
-
Keep login information private
-
Avoid sharing access
-
Log out on public or shared devices
-
Notify us of suspected unauthorized use
-
Keep your email address current
-
Protect the device used to access the Archive
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account, except to the extent required by law.
24. One Membership Per Authorized User
Membership access is intended for the individual who purchased or received the membership.
You may not:
-
Share the membership with another person
-
Sell or transfer access
-
Provide account credentials to a group
-
Operate a shared account
-
Resell a promotional code
-
Use one membership to publicly display content
-
Permit a minor to access the account
We may limit simultaneous logins, investigate unusual account activity, or require password resets.
25. Member Conduct
Members must interact with the website, Marovelle, contractors, and other members respectfully.
Prohibited conduct includes:
-
Harassment
-
Threats
-
Stalking
-
Intimidation
-
Doxxing
-
Attempts to discover Marovelle’s private identity
-
Demands for personal attention
-
Unwanted sexual or explicit messages
-
Coercion
-
Fraud
-
Impersonation
-
Unauthorized access attempts
-
Scraping or automated collection
-
Sharing private content
-
Circumventing membership restrictions
-
Disrupting the website
-
Abusing customer-support channels
-
Knowingly false payment disputes
-
Illegal activity
-
Conduct that threatens another person’s safety or privacy
A dominant brand voice, fictional exchange, or entertainment theme does not provide permission to violate real-world consent or boundaries.
26. Member Communications
Membership may include administrative, transactional, or promotional communications.
Administrative communications may include:
-
Purchase confirmations
-
Renewal notices
-
Payment-failure notices
-
Cancellation confirmations
-
Security alerts
-
Policy updates
-
Changes to plan benefits
-
Account notices
-
Service announcements
You may be able to unsubscribe from promotional email, but you may still receive communications necessary to manage an active membership or transaction.
Membership does not guarantee that Marovelle will personally author or respond to every communication.
27. Community Features
If the Archive later includes comments, groups, forums, chats, or other community features, members remain responsible for their own posts and interactions.
You may not post:
-
Personal information about another person
-
Material involving minors
-
Nonconsensual intimate content
-
Threats
-
Defamatory accusations presented as fact
-
Copyrighted material without permission
-
Spam
-
Solicitation
-
Payment information
-
Malware
-
Illegal content
-
Material that violates another person’s rights
We may moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Community access may be removed without canceling the entire membership when appropriate.
28. Suspension of Membership
We may temporarily suspend membership access when reasonably necessary to:
-
Investigate account sharing
-
Address a failed payment
-
Protect website security
-
Investigate fraud
-
Review a possible policy violation
-
Respond to a privacy complaint
-
Protect intellectual property
-
Comply with law
-
Prevent harm
A temporary suspension does not necessarily extend the billing period or create a right to a refund.
If the investigation determines that no violation occurred, we may restore access.
29. Termination by Marovelle
We may terminate a membership for:
-
Violation of these Membership Terms
-
Violation of the general Terms and Conditions
-
Sharing private content
-
Account sharing
-
Fraud or unauthorized payment activity
-
Harassment or threats
-
Attempts to reveal Marovelle’s identity
-
Chargeback abuse
-
Intellectual-property infringement
-
Security threats
-
Illegal activity
-
Repeated payment failure
-
Conduct that creates unreasonable risk to the website, brand, or another person
Termination may be immediate when necessary to protect privacy, safety, security, or legal rights.
A member removed for misconduct may lose access without refund to the extent permitted by law.
Termination does not authorize continued use or possession of private material.
30. Discontinuation of a Plan or The Archive
We may discontinue a membership plan or The Archive itself.
When reasonably practical, current members may receive:
-
Advance notice
-
Access through the end of a paid period
-
A prorated refund or credit when legally required
-
An opportunity to move to another plan
-
Download access to specifically designated purchased material
-
Other appropriate remedies
The remedy will depend on the plan, payment structure, reason for discontinuation, and applicable law.
We are not required to preserve every piece of Archive content after the program ends.
31. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining:
-
A compatible device
-
Internet access
-
A current browser
-
Working audio equipment where applicable
-
A valid email address
-
Any software needed to open delivered files
We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated devices, unsupported software, or every accessibility configuration.
Contact info@marovellesloan.com if a material technical issue prevents access.
We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before a refund or credit is considered.
32. Service Interruptions
Membership access may occasionally be interrupted because of:
-
Maintenance
-
Hosting failures
-
Wix outages
-
Payment-provider interruptions
-
Cybersecurity events
-
Internet disruption
-
Software updates
-
Third-party service failures
-
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will use reasonable efforts to restore access, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
A brief or temporary interruption does not automatically entitle a member to a refund.
33. Privacy
Membership information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Information may be processed by service providers involved in:
-
Website hosting
-
Member accounts
-
Payment processing
-
Email delivery
-
Analytics
-
Security
-
Digital-content delivery
-
Customer support
Do not share sensitive financial, identification, medical, or security information through member messages or ordinary email.
34. No Financial, Legal, Medical, or Therapeutic Advice
Membership content is provided for adult entertainment, creative expression, commentary, and general information.
It is not a substitute for:
-
Financial planning
-
Legal counsel
-
Medical care
-
Mental-health treatment
-
Relationship counseling
-
Crisis support
-
Professional therapeutic services
Members remain responsible for their own personal and financial decisions.
35. Financial Responsibility
Do not purchase or renew a membership when doing so would interfere with your ordinary obligations.
Membership funds should not come from money needed for:
-
Housing
-
Food
-
Utilities
-
Healthcare
-
Taxes
-
Childcare
-
Debt payments
-
Insurance
-
Transportation
-
Other necessities
Do not borrow money, misuse joint funds, or use an unauthorized payment method to join The Archive.
Cancel the membership if it is no longer affordable or appropriate.
36. No Transfer or Resale
Memberships and membership benefits are personal and nontransferable unless an offer expressly permits gifting.
You may not:
-
Resell a membership
-
Transfer an account
-
Sell private downloads
-
Auction access
-
Trade credentials
-
Bundle private content with another service
-
Commercially exploit a membership benefit
An approved gift membership must be used by an eligible adult and remains subject to these Membership Terms.
37. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You retain the right to dispute genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charges.
Before initiating a dispute concerning a recognizable membership charge, contact info@marovellesloan.com so we can investigate.
Knowingly filing a false chargeback, claiming that authorized content was never provided when account records show access, or using a dispute to retain content without payment may result in:
-
Account suspension
-
Termination
-
Revocation of access
-
Refusal of future transactions
-
Submission of relevant records to the payment provider
-
Other lawful remedies
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
38. Relationship to Other Policies
These Membership Terms are incorporated into and form part of the website’s Terms and Conditions.
Membership activity is also subject to:
-
Privacy Policy
-
Refund and Digital Product Policy
-
18+ Disclaimer
-
Gift and Tribute Terms, where applicable
-
Product-specific terms
-
Checkout disclosures
-
Payment-provider terms
If a specific membership offer directly conflicts with these general Membership Terms, the specific written offer controls for that plan, unless prohibited by law.
39. Changes to These Membership Terms
We may revise these Membership Terms to reflect changes in:
-
Membership plans
-
Pricing
-
Benefits
-
Technology
-
Payment providers
-
Business operations
-
Legal requirements
-
Privacy or security practices
The revised version will display a new “Last updated” date.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, member account, or email where appropriate.
When required, additional consent may be requested before a material change applies.
Continued use of the membership after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
40. Governing Law and Disputes
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to consumer rights and jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived, legal proceedings relating to membership shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact info@marovellesloan.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty days, unless urgent relief is necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Membership Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed as necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
42. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be express and in writing.
