9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, delivery status, applicable law, and the terms displayed at checkout.

Digital products may become nonrefundable once they have been delivered, downloaded, opened, streamed, or accessed, except where required by law or where the product is defective and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Gifts and Tributes

You and Marovelle Sloan Inc. consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

26. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at GoddessMarovelle@gmail.com and provide:

• The email associated with the transaction or account

• A description of the dispute

• Relevant transaction details

• The resolution requested

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty days before beginning formal proceedings, unless urgent relief is necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.

This section does not prevent either party from reporting fraud, infringement, threats, or unlawful conduct to an appropriate authority.

27. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
