Confession Submission Terms

These Confession Submission Terms govern all confessions, stories, memories, fantasies, questions, experiences, creative writing, voice recordings, messages, and other materials submitted through www.marovellasloan.com or another submission channel operated by Marovelle Sloan, doing business as Marovelle Sloan and Confessions of a Findom Goddess (“Marovelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These terms supplement our:

• Any permission options displayed on the submission form

By submitting material, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Confession Submission Terms.

Do not submit material if you do not agree.

1. Adults Only

The confession feature is intended exclusively for adults who:

1. Are at least eighteen years old;

2. Have reached the legal age of majority in their location;

3. Are legally permitted to submit and access mature material; and

4. Are participating voluntarily.

By submitting a confession, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may not submit material on behalf of a minor or allow a minor to use the submission form.

We may reject or delete a submission if we reasonably believe the submitter is under eighteen or has misrepresented their age.

2. Purpose of the Confession Feature

The confession feature provides adults with a place to submit personal reflections, stories, fantasies, experiences, and creative material for possible private review or creative consideration by Marovelle.

Depending on the permission you select, a submission may be:

• Reviewed privately;

• Considered for anonymous publication;

• Edited for clarity or length;

• Read or discussed in a podcast episode;

• Adapted into a fictional or dramatized story;

• Used as inspiration for a book, novella, article, audio experience, newsletter, social-media post, Archive entry, or other creative work;

• Combined with themes or elements from other submissions;

• Declined, archived, or deleted without publication.

Submission does not guarantee that the material will be read personally by Marovelle, published, adapted, acknowledged, or answered.

3. Submission Options

The permission selected on the confession form determines the rights you grant.

The available options may include the following.

Private Submission Only

When you select Private Submission Only, you give us permission to:

• Receive the submission;

• Store and secure it;

• Review and moderate it;

• Process it through website and form providers;

• Contact you if you separately permit contact;

• Retain limited records of the submission and your permission selection;

• Delete or reject it;

• Disclose it when legally required or reasonably necessary to address safety, fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

We will not intentionally publish, publicly perform, commercially adapt, or publicly distribute the submission under this option.

Selecting Private Submission Only does not create a confidential, therapeutic, fiduciary, or legally privileged relationship.

Anonymous Publication Permitted

When you select Anonymous Publication Permitted, you grant us permission to reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, perform, distribute, and promote the submission anonymously in Marovelle content.

Possible uses may include:

• Podcast episodes;

• Website articles;

• Blog or journal entries;

• Newsletters;

• Books and novellas;

• Audiobooks or audio experiences;

• Social-media content;

• Promotional excerpts;

• The Archive;

• Digital collections;

• Printed or electronic publications;

• Other Marovelle-branded editorial or entertainment content.

We may remove or alter names, locations, dates, occupations, relationships, identifying characteristics, and other details.

Dramatization or Adaptation Permitted

When you select Dramatization or Adaptation Permitted, you grant us permission to use the submission and its themes, ideas, characters, circumstances, emotions, events, dialogue, or other elements as inspiration for original creative work.

We may:

• Rewrite the material;

• Fictionalize it;

• Dramatize it;

• Shorten or expand it;

• Change the point of view;

• Change names, settings, timelines, and circumstances;

• Combine it with other submissions or original material;

• Create composite characters;

• Add invented scenes or dialogue;

• Remove details;

• Change the ending;

• Adapt it into written, audio, visual, or promotional content;

• Create derivative creative works based on the material.

The final work may differ substantially from your original submission.

Contact Permitted

When you select Contact Permitted, you authorize us or an authorized member of Marovelle’s team to contact you using the information provided.

Contact may concern:

• Clarifying details;

• Confirming permissions;

• Discussing possible use;

• Verifying age or authorship;

• Addressing privacy or safety concerns;

• Requesting additional information;

• Notifying you of publication, at our discretion.

Permission to contact you does not guarantee that contact will occur.

4. Your Permission Selection Controls

We will rely on the permission selection recorded when the submission is received.

Selecting more than one option grants the permissions associated with each selected option.

For example, selecting both Anonymous Publication Permitted and Dramatization or Adaptation Permitted allows us to publish an edited anonymous version and to use the submission as inspiration for a fictionalized work.

You are responsible for reviewing your selections before submitting the form.

5. Ownership of Your Original Submission

Subject to the rights granted in these terms, you retain any copyright or other intellectual-property rights you lawfully hold in your original submission.

Submitting material does not automatically transfer complete ownership of your copyright to Marovelle.

Instead, when you grant publication or adaptation permission, you provide the license described in these terms.

You represent that you have the authority to grant that license.

6. License for Approved Publication or Adaptation

When you select a permission allowing publication or adaptation, you grant Marovelle Sloan a worldwide, nonexclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use the submission within the scope of the permissions selected.

This license may include the right to:

• Reproduce;

• Copy;

• Edit;

• Redact;

• Translate;

• Format;

• Publish;

• Display;

• Perform;

• Record;

• Narrate;

• Distribute;

• Broadcast;

• Stream;

• Promote;

• Market;

• Archive;

• Adapt;

• Dramatize;

• Create derivative works;

• Include the material in collective works;

• Authorize contractors, publishers, distributors, platforms, and service providers to assist with these activities.

The license applies in any media or format now known or later developed.

The license may be used in commercial and noncommercial Marovelle content.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the license is granted without an obligation to pay royalties, fees, residuals, or other compensation.

7. Nonexclusive Permission

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the license you grant is nonexclusive.

This means you may continue to use, publish, discuss, or license your original submission elsewhere, provided doing so does not violate another agreement or reveal confidential information belonging to another person.

However, you may not claim ownership of original additions, narration, editing, artwork, music, performance, formatting, branding, fictional characters, or other creative elements later created by Marovelle or our collaborators.

8. Rights in the Final Work

Marovelle or the applicable creator will own the copyright and other rights in the original elements added to any final work, including:

• Editing;

• Narration;

• Performance;

• Recording;

• Music;

• Sound design;

• Artwork;

• Photography;

• Page design;

• Titles;

• Introductions;

• Commentary;

• Fictionalized scenes;

• Added dialogue;

• Composite characters;

• Original writing;

• Promotional materials;

• The selection and arrangement of collective content.

Your ownership of your original submission does not give you ownership of the completed podcast episode, book, audio production, website page, or adapted work.

9. No Compensation

Unless we enter into a separate written agreement, submitting material does not entitle you to:

• Payment;

• Royalties;

• Residuals;

• Licensing fees;

• Profit participation;

• Free products;

• Membership access;

• Gifts;

• Services;

• Publicity;

• Credit;

• A copy of the completed work;

• Any other compensation.

Do not submit material if you expect payment or commercial participation.

10. No Guaranteed Credit

Submissions may be published anonymously, under a chosen alias, or without attribution.

We are not required to identify or credit you unless a separate written agreement expressly requires it.

If you request use of an alias, we may decline to use it if it:

• Identifies another person;

• Infringes a trademark;

• Impersonates someone;

• Is misleading;

• Is unlawful;

• Conflicts with the tone or safety of the publication.

11. Editing and Creative Discretion

When publication or adaptation is permitted, you authorize us to exercise editorial and creative discretion.

We may correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and structure.

We may also:

• Shorten lengthy submissions;

• Remove repetitive passages;

• Change the order of events;

• Remove identifying or sensitive details;

• Add context;

• Excerpt selected portions;

• Alter dialogue;

• Change names or circumstances;

• Combine related themes;

• Create a composite narrative;

• Decline to use portions of the submission;

• Present the material through Marovelle’s voice or perspective.

We are not required to submit edits or final works to you for approval before publication.

12. Anonymity and Privacy Limitations

We will make reasonable efforts to remove or alter identifying details when material is intended to be published anonymously.

However, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

A person familiar with the events may recognize:

• The circumstances;

• The writing style;

• The sequence of events;

• A relationship;

• A location;

• An unusual personal detail;

• A quotation;

• Other contextual information.

You are responsible for removing information you do not want us to receive.

Do not include:

• Full legal names;

• Home addresses;

• Workplace addresses;

• Telephone numbers;

• Personal email addresses;

• Social Security numbers;

• Government-identification numbers;

• Bank information;

• Payment-card information;

• Passwords;

• Login credentials;

• Private account numbers;

• Medical records;

• Photographs of identification;

• Exact locations;

• Information that could place someone at risk.

We may remove identifying details, but we are not responsible for information you voluntarily include that allows you or another person to be recognized.

13. Information About Other People

Do not submit another person’s private or identifying information without appropriate permission.

When describing another person, use a fictional name or general description.

You represent that your submission does not unlawfully disclose:

• Private communications;

• Medical information;

• Financial information;

• Intimate images;

• Confidential business information;

• Protected records;

• Trade secrets;

• Personal identifiers;

• Information obtained through stalking, hacking, theft, or deception.

If your story involves another person, describe events carefully and distinguish personal perception, opinion, fantasy, and memory from established fact.

14. Truth, Fiction, and Fantasy

You may submit:

• A true personal experience;

• A recollection;

• A fantasy;

• Fiction;

• A dramatized experience;

• A composite story;

• A question or reflection.

You should clearly indicate when material is fictional, imagined, or uncertain.

Do not knowingly present a fabricated criminal accusation, defamatory allegation, or harmful falsehood about an identifiable person as verified fact.

We may label, edit, fictionalize, reject, or remove a submission when its status is unclear.

15. Your Representations

By submitting material, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least eighteen years old.

2. You created the submission or have the legal right to submit it.

3. You have authority to grant the permissions selected.

4. The submission does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

5. The submission does not contain unlawful material.

6. The submission does not contain stolen or hacked information.

7. The submission does not contain malware or malicious links.

8. The submission does not falsely impersonate another person.

9. Any person described in an intimate or sexual context was an adult at the relevant time.

10. The submission does not depict or promote abuse or exploitation of a minor.

11. You have not included another person’s private identifying information without authorization.

12. You understand that publication or adaptation is not guaranteed.

13. You understand that compensation is not guaranteed.

14. You understand that anonymity cannot be guaranteed completely.

15. You understand the permissions you selected.

16. Prohibited Submissions

You may not submit material containing or promoting:

• Sexual content involving a minor;

• Child sexual abuse material;

• Sexualized descriptions of an identifiable minor;

• Grooming or exploitation of a minor;

• Nonconsensual intimate imagery;

• Sexual violence presented as real consensual participation when it was not;

• Credible threats of violence;

• Plans to harm yourself or another person;

• Instructions for criminal activity;

• Stalking or doxxing;

• Human trafficking;

• Extortion or blackmail;

• Fraud;

• Identity theft;

• Unauthorized financial information;

• Stolen private communications;

• Malware or malicious code;

• Defamatory accusations presented as proven fact;

• Copyrighted writing copied without permission;

• Hate-based threats or targeted harassment;

• Material prohibited by applicable law.

This prohibition applies even when material is submitted anonymously or described as fantasy.

17. Emergencies and Safety Reports

The confession form is not an emergency, crisis, law-enforcement, medical, or mental-health service.

Do not use it to request urgent help.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local authority.

We do not guarantee immediate review of any submission.

18. Moderation

We may review, filter, redact, reject, restrict, preserve, or delete submissions at our discretion.

We may reject a submission because it is:

• Incomplete;

• Unclear;

• Inconsistent with the brand;

• Excessively identifying;

• Legally risky;

• Abusive;

• Exploitative;

• Unoriginal;

• Technically unusable;

• Outside the intended subject matter;

• Otherwise unsuitable.

We are not required to explain why a submission was not selected.

19. Reporting and Disclosure

We may preserve, disclose, or report a submission or related information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law;

• Respond to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or lawful request;

• Report suspected child exploitation;

• Address an imminent threat;

• Investigate fraud or abuse;

• Protect Marovelle or another person;

• Enforce website policies;

• Defend legal rights;

• Cooperate with a service provider’s safety process.

A request for anonymity does not prevent legally required disclosure.

20. Withdrawal Before Publication

You may request withdrawal of an unpublished submission by contacting:

Include, where available:

• The date submitted;

• The chosen name or alias;

• The email address used;

• The submission title;

• A distinctive phrase from the submission;

• The permission selected.

We may need enough information to locate and reasonably verify the submission.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor a verified withdrawal request received before substantial editorial, production, publication, or licensing work begins.

21. Limits on Withdrawal

Withdrawal may not be possible after:

• The submission has been published;

• A podcast episode has been recorded;

• An audio production has entered production;

• A book or collection has been finalized;

• Promotional material has been released;

• The submission has been meaningfully incorporated into a derivative work;

• Rights have been granted to a publisher, distributor, contractor, or platform;

• The material has been combined with other content in a way that cannot reasonably be separated;

• Retention is legally required.

We may voluntarily remove or discontinue future use where practical, but we cannot guarantee removal of copies already:

• Downloaded;

• Distributed;

• Printed;

• Syndicated;

• Cached;

• Quoted;

• Shared by third parties;

• Included in an existing creative work.

A withdrawal request does not require destruction of records needed to document consent, publication rights, disputes, safety decisions, or legal compliance.

22. Duration of Granted Permissions

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, publication and adaptation permissions remain effective for as long as the relevant intellectual-property rights exist.

Where applicable law permits termination of a license or grant under circumstances that cannot be waived, those legal rights remain unaffected.

A request to stop future use will be evaluated in good faith but does not automatically revoke rights already exercised or commitments already made.

23. No Confidential or Professional Relationship

Submitting a confession does not create:

• Attorney-client privilege;

• Therapist-client confidentiality;

• Doctor-patient confidentiality;

• Clergy privilege;

• A fiduciary relationship;

• A professional counseling relationship;

• A personal relationship;

• A financial-domination arrangement;

• A promise of secrecy beyond the express terms stated here.

Do not submit information that requires legally privileged or professionally confidential handling.

24. No Promise of Personal Response

Submission does not guarantee:

• A personal response from Marovelle;

• A private conversation;

• Advice;

• Emotional support;

• Acknowledgment;

• Feedback;

• Editing assistance;

• Publication notice;

• A meeting or session;

• Access to The Archive;

• Membership benefits;

• A financial or personal relationship.

Any response may come from an authorized team member rather than Marovelle personally.

25. Similar Ideas and Independent Creation

Marovelle may already be developing or may later develop content with themes, concepts, characters, language, or situations similar to those in your submission.

You acknowledge that:

• General ideas and themes may occur independently;

• Other people may submit similar material;

• Similarity alone does not establish that your submission was used;

• Marovelle may create content independently without relying on your submission;

• Common themes involving power, desire, devotion, confession, and surrender are not exclusive to one submitter.

Nothing in these terms permits us to copy protected original expression outside the license you grant.

26. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We may use approved software or automated tools to assist with:

• Spam filtering;

• Security screening;

• Transcription;

• Formatting;

• Grammar correction;

• Redaction;

• Organization;

• Search;

• Administrative processing.

We will not intentionally use a private-only confession to train a public artificial-intelligence model under our direction without additional disclosure or permission.

Third-party website or technology providers may process submissions according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Do not submit material if you are uncomfortable with ordinary electronic processing by website and service providers.

27. Storage and Retention

Submissions may be stored through Wix, email providers, cloud services, content-management systems, editorial tools, or other approved service providers.

Retention may depend on:

• The permission selected;

• Whether the submission is published;

• Editorial consideration;

• Legal obligations;

• Safety concerns;

• Consent documentation;

• Dispute prevention;

• Technical requirements;

• Business records.

Private submissions may be deleted after review or retained for a reasonable period.

Published or adapted submissions and related permission records may be retained indefinitely as part of the creative and legal record.

28. Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect submitted information.

No electronic form, email account, storage platform, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, identification documents, or other highly sensitive information.

You accept the ordinary privacy and security risks associated with electronic submission.

29. Third-Party Service Providers

Submissions may be processed by providers involved in:

• Website hosting;

• Form collection;

• Email delivery;

• Cloud storage;

• Spam detection;

• Security;

• Content management;

• Transcription;

• Editing;

• Publishing;

• Podcast hosting;

• Audio production;

• Distribution.

These providers may process information according to their own agreements and privacy policies.

30. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marovelle Sloan, Marovelle Sloan, and their owners, contractors, employees, publishers, distributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these terms;

• Your lack of authority to submit the material;

• Your infringement of another person’s rights;

• Your unlawful disclosure of private information;

• Your false representations;

• Your submission of defamatory, illegal, or exploitative material.

This section does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot legally be indemnified.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marovelle Sloan, Marovelle Sloan, and their owners, contractors, employees, publishers, distributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Submission of material;

• Failure to publish;

• Editorial changes;

• Recognition by another person;

• Unauthorized third-party sharing;

• Loss of data;

• Service interruption;

• A decision to reject or remove a submission;

• Reliance on a response or lack of response;

• Third-party platform conduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

32. Relationship to Other Policies

These Confession Submission Terms form part of the website’s Terms and Conditions.

The collection and use of personal information are also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The website’s adult-content rules are also governed by the 18+ Disclaimer.

If the permission language displayed directly on the confession form conflicts with a general provision in these terms, the more specific form language controls for that submission to the extent legally permitted.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Confession Submission Terms to reflect changes in:

• Submission options;

• Publishing practices;

• Technology;

• Privacy practices;

• Creative formats;

• Safety procedures;

• Legal requirements;

• Business operations.

The revised version will display a new “Last updated” date.

The terms accepted when a submission was made will generally govern that submission unless:

• You later grant additional permission;

• A change is required by law;

• The revised terms provide greater protection to the submitter;

• The parties agree otherwise in writing.

34. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to consumer rights and jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to a submission shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
